To complete your application process and confirm your first delivery date, you need to send us a copy of your prescription. You can attach your prescriptionto this application OR you can fax it to us on 0861 444 414. We also require the original of your prescription which can be sent via post. Our postal address is PO Box 751902, Gardenview, 2047.
Please note that SMS will always be used to notify you when your medication is dispatched to the courier, and when your prescription has expired.
